Jeanette Wyneken, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Biological Sciences at Florida Atlantic University, where she has worked since 2000. Dr. Wyneken’s focus is integrative biology, comparative anatomy, and functional morphology and she has studied sea turtles for over 30 years. Jeanette earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1988. She is a member of the International Sea Turtle Society, the Society for Integrative Biology, Loggerhead Marinelife Center, and the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center.

Helene Yentis has a MA in Art History and Judaic Studies from the University of Chicago. She has spent extended periods of time in Israel studying art history and archeology. She has over 30 years of experience as an art historian and expert on Jewish Art of all periods and places. Her diverse background includes: lecturing on art history; curating exhibitions in museums, galleries and rare book libraries; leading tours of private collections and historical sites; developing college level curriculum; and researching/cataloging private collections. Her interactive power-point presentations are both educational and entertaining, which support her tagline of "Illuminating Jewish Learning Through Art."

Kalindi Yuan is a certified yoga and tai chi instructor. She has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years, and practicing and teaching Tai Chi for the last 4 years. She graduated and received her certification by Tai Chi Master, Jennifer Yu, who is from the sixth generation of Yang style Tai Chi lineage. Yoga and Tai Chi are very different forms, but they both can balance our physical and mind health. She enjoys practicing and teaching both methods and sharing these beautiful methods with everyone.

Scott Zucker, born in Montreal, Canada and raised primarily in Brooklyn, New York, moved to Florida in 1979 where he worked as a psychotherapist and taught psychology at Palm Beach State University (formerly, junior college) before receiving a Masters in English Literature from FAU and becoming a high school English and Journalism teacher. An active birder and bird photographer since 2010, Scott joined the Audubon Everglades Board of Directors in 2015 after 35 years of teaching and became Vice-President and Conservation Chair in 2016, when he initiated their Photography Group and Conservation Stewardship program and spearheaded their Conservation Advocacy efforts within Palm Beach County. In 2020 he became President of the organization. Scott still enjoys birding, and he regularly leads local field tips along with his wife Mary.
