Greetings OLLI Boca Patron, and Happy New Year!
We have begun our Winter programs and are ready to welcome you back to the Friedberg Auditorium for our exciting program line-up! There's so much to see.
Without exception, all programs are being presented in person!
However, once you register for a lecture, we have Video Catch-up available if you choose not to attend in person.
Video Catch-up is not Zoom; it is a recording of the program you registered for but decided not to attend. It will appear on your online account within 48 hours and remain available for viewing for two weeks.
We know you are eager to resume in person programs but are concerned about safety. We share those concerns! We are doing everything possible to create a safe and comfortable environment:
- Masks are expected and available upon request.
- Seating capacity has been limited to 75%. No program exceeds 50%, and the vast majority are under 20%. (Feel free to contact us for the latest enrollment numbers before you decide how you would like to experience your registered program, in person or through Video Catch-up.)
- Enhanced HVAC filters have been installed.
- Plexiglas shields and touchless scanning are being employed.
- Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are available throughout the venue.
Until we can put this all behind us, rest assured we here at OLLI Boca are ready and eager to keep you learning and entertained!
