Learn the short form of Chen style Tai Chi. This class will introduce you to Tai chi, Taoist meditation and the magic of the ancient philosophy of the Tao. Each class will include mediation, qigong warm-ups, form practice, a reading from the Tao Te Ching. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes such as tennis shoes or slip-ons.
