Course DescriptionTrue peace is becoming more and more elusive in our fast-paced, technology-driven world filled with increased stimuli, resulting in not only less joy but also more stress and anxiety. This dynamic interactive session will offer stories of life-changing experiences that have caused people to become more purposeful. Discover ways to live more intentionally towards achieving inner-peace through meaningful connections. The discussion will include assessing your desires for a meaningful life. Participants will learn techniques of setting goals with specific steps and incorporating these into a larger theme of peace.

About the Instructor
Parvathi Perumareddi, DO is an assistant professor in Family Medicine at the FAU Schmidt College of Medicine where she serves as a full-time faculty member teaching medical students. She is also the medical consultant for the Wellness Hub at FAU Primary Care Practice. Her medical interest is lifestyle modifications for health, exercise, nutrition, and stress reduction.
