I See You:  Do You See You? - Boca Raton

Instructor
Cyndi Stein-Rubin

Course Description

"I See You: Do You See You" is the name of this course and is also the title of my recent book. I have always been fascinated by how everybody seems to get everybody else. However, the last person they really know is their own self. This course is about having the courage, to develop our own sincerity and authenticity, how to like ourselves better, and how to become happier. Do you have your own voice? Can you speak your mind with sensitivity? This is the path we are on in this lecture. As such, let's join together and learn how to hold up that mirror, get clear on what we see, and learn how to manage our discomfort. Join me as we turn obstacles into building blocks to become more congruent, whole, and self-aware. What do you bury deep down inside? What do you carry, and how is that working for you? Space is limited. "Cyndi is a dynamic presenter and facilitator. She invited class participation and skillfully led the discussion." - OLLI Patron
