Course DescriptionPoland, Austria, and Hungary now have extreme right fascist governments in place. Italy and Greece have extreme right-wing parties as part of their governments coalition. France, Germany, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, and Serbia have growing fascist and radically extreme right-wing parties making election gains in every election and in the current election to the E.U. Parliament. What are the implications of this move to the right and resurrection of fascist ideology? How are events such as Brexit, Euroscepticism, and responses to immigration impacting this shift? What is Russia's role in promoting and supporting this political movement?
