As we head into the holidays, bring your friends and join your fellow OLLI Patrons as we enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by the fabulous chefs at Lenore Nolan-Ryan World Class Catering & Cooking School. The menu for this lunch includes:

While we enjoy this tasty lunch, Lenore will demonstrate the preparation of the soup and the rice dish. Iced Tea, Water, and Sodas are included, but wine and beer will be available to purchase individually. The address is 3311 North Ocean Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308. About the Instructor
Celebrated chef Lenore Nolan Ryan began her career at 19 with a brunch restaurant in Indianapolis. Returning home in 1999 to her native south Florida, Lenore opened her first Florida eatery, Gina Lenore's in an Italian pizzeria in Lauderdale by the Sea and Lenore Nolan Ryan Catering & Cooking School, an inventive and inviting culinary destination in Lauderdale by the Sea in 2000. In 2016, Lenore moved her business to the Galt Ocean Mile. She hosts private corporate team-building events, celebration dinners, networking events, culinary tastings, and off-premises catering services at clients' homes and businesses. More importantly, all events are imbued with Chef Lenore's irrepressible joie de vivre as she expresses her passion for food and her love of entertaining with some of South Florida's finest. Lenore gives back to the community through generous contributions to nonprofits, schools, and organizations helping others. Lenore's co-authorship with Jack Canfield in "The Key to Authenticity" is going to be published in the fall of 2023, soon to be followed by "Love is the Main Ingredien Cookbook, Memoir, and Life Lessons", a book that has taken a lifetime of experiences and memories to create.
