Course Description
"Inflammaging" is a term used to describe chronic, low-grade inflammation that accompanies aging. This persistent state of inflammation can contribute to the development of age-related diseases, including chronic pain, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's disease, and cancer. During this presentation, Dr. Branson Collins, a board-certified pain management and antiaging specialist, will describe the fundamentals behind the aging process and how reversible inflammation accelerates aging. Dr. Collins will also discuss how functional medicine testing, along with integrative therapies, can identify and treat the root causes of this process.Course Info
